Well it's certainly been a while since I last updated. Looking back to my previous entry reminds me that I take the most photos when I'm traveling, therefore it looks like I'll be posting a lot more photos soon as I am leaving for Thailand on Tuesday! I am definitely looking forward to the trip... it will be a drastic change of scenery from the cold, frozen wasteland where I currently reside. I am looking forward to the colors, sunshine, life, music, and comradery that will surround me there. Plus it's a much needed break from the graduate school grind that has subsumed my life for the past 2.5 years... Once again I'm finding myself open up

... But this time I actually have a reason to submit photos. I just arrived in the States after spending about a month in Ecuador. We toured a cross-section of the country, and I did everything from hiking at 13,000 ft in elevation to snorkeling in the Galapagos Islands. As soon as American Airlines finds my luggage, I'll be submitting what I found along the way.

I'll admit, I temporary forgot about dA for about... three months. My time has either been swallowed up by work, submerged in research, or otherwise spent restlessly. But I've caught up on all of my messages/watches, so hopefully will get around to submitting again.
